1. A foolish or contemptible person who lacks social skills or is boringly studious
- one of those nerds who never asked a girl to dance

2. An intelligent, single-minded expert in a particular technical discipline or profession


This is my first time on Tumbler and I do not claim to be an expert in any particular area. I just needed a place where I could be utterly obsessed with things and not be judged. So here it goes.
